My strategies build on coaching and counselling techniques using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy  and Acceptance and commitment therapy.

I like to explore and identify your core values.  I also like to look at limiting factors and how you may be sabotaging your best life. We will explore self awareness and how it is the responses to what happens to us is more important than the actual event.

Along the way we will learn some techniques to conquer stress, improve mood, sleep and well being.

We will make goals and learn how to stay motivated and focussed on those goals.  How to plan and prioritise, how to adjust and amend our goals.

We will learn to put into place a framework that will help you in the future.
